Recipe. Cheese pasta from Munich
We will need:
100 ml of beer
200g and 200g of different kinds of cheese
1 onion
Minced red pepper
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
1. Whisk the cheeses together with the beer in a mixer until it is a paste.
2. 2. Season the pasta with salt, red and black pepper.
Cut the onion into thin rings and garnish the pasta.
